Email gettellybird@gmail.com. Tellybird is built and run by one person, so replies are human and sometimes take a day or two.
Email supportOpen the Capture tab and point the camera at an English subtitle on any screen, or share a screenshot to Tellybird from Photos. Text is read on your device. If a line isn't recognized, move closer, keep the subtitle straight in the frame, and avoid glare. Tellybird reads English subtitles; translations come in your native language.
The free plan includes 5 captures every 6 hours; the counter on the Capture screen shows what's left and when it refills. Library, lists, Review and Quiz are free without limits. Tellybird Pro removes the capture limit.
Pro is an auto-renewable subscription: monthly or yearly, both starting with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers (once per Apple ID). To cancel, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tellybird, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
New phone, or Pro not showing? Open Library → gear icon → Restore purchases. Pro is tied to your Apple ID, not to an account in the app.
Every card has a flag icon at the top right: it opens a feedback form with the line already filled in. Translations keep the tone of the original subtitle, including slang and strong language, on purpose.
There is no account. Your photos never leave your phone; saved words and lists live on your device and, if enabled, in your own iCloud. Delete my data in the Profile screen erases everything, including any list you shared. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Open a list → Share. Your friend gets a code or link; opening it in Tellybird imports their own copy of the words. Sharing is free.
